Based in Los Alamos, New Mexico, the Dusoma Foundation is building the future of humanitarian technology- and maintaining our focus on using technology to lessen poverty.
While our impact stretches from West Africa (Sierra Leone) to East Africa (Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan), the Dusoma Foundation’s research, development, and community partnerships are rooted in Los Alamos. Dusoma, Ltd., our LLC has dissolved the Colorado business and will be re-opening in a new location in Norther New Mexico (to be announced soon).
Vibe Fabrication: Where AI Meets the Physical World
At the center of our local work is Vibe Fabrication, an AI-assisted fabrication and workforce-learning program.
It teaches AI-assisted making, including CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and digital fabrication. We will be researching the top 5 AI modeling tools ranging from text to object, photo to object, diagram to object, and traditional modeling software that uses AI assistance for toolpaths. We are researching Adam CAD, Zoo.dev, Fusion 360, Meshy, CLO 3D

Generation Africa: Empowering the Next Century of Builders
Through our local initiatives, we are supporting Generation Africa through UPAN, the United Pan African Network.
Dusoma’s strategic frame for the rising generation of African and diaspora builders, artists, and entrepreneurs.
Africa is already emerging as a cultural superpower in music, fashion, film, and digital media. Dusoma’s work, supported by our Los Alamos base, is about converting African cultural influence into African-owned opportunity: skills, jobs, platforms, and enterprises. We treat African youth as technological forces shaping the next century.
This vision is supported by our work with UPAN (United Pan-African Network), a digital hub where the diaspora connects to learn, build, and access opportunities, powered by Marla.AI workflows.
Upcoming Event: Rotary Fundraiser
Join us on August 8 for a special Dusoma Foundation fundraiser hosted by the Los Alamos Rotary Club.
This event will support Dusoma’s water sanitation project in Sierra Leone. It is an opportunity for local donors, civic leaders, and community members to learn more about our mission, see our technology in action, and help us scale our impact. It’s also an opportunity to introduce Rotary to the entire UPAN network, as we describe Rotary as “the million person donor network that no one in Africa has heard of.”
